good/bad deal?

ok, so i found a 150 watt, warwick combo amp on my local kijiji for 450 bucks. like new, and in my area, would you say this is a good deal. it has an onboard EQ and 15 inch speaker.
i dont plan on doing any gigging or anything, so i dont really need anything huge.

so whatda you think?

If you like it, that's really all that matters. I don't know where you are, but in the US, I think that price seems high.
