Good Deal?

Well
I think I got a great deal
Ibanez SRX500HS.

The tag said the list price (which no one charges that I know of) was $799.99. I went to their website and their site said it was $639.99 Maybe it was a misprint or something. Well basically most places online were charging $449-479. And they were charging $449 But then this yellow tag said it was to be sold for even $170 less! So yeah like $279! I had to borrow $75 from my friend to get it on lawaway I'll buy it on Tuesday. But yeah I'm sure it was a mistake. so yeah if you go by So I saved from about $170 to $520 depending on how you look at it. I'm pretty happy finally I have a bass that matches my skill.

It's discontinued - MF has it as a clearance item for $480. I picked up an 84 Ibanez Roadstar II with twin humbuckers, coil-tap, and no battery a while back. WHAT SOUND! Perhaps your SRX500 is the "new" version (now you got me interested). If it sounds anything like my old Roadstar II - prepare to be blown away by the tremendous sound it offers without batteries!

I do need to accept that guitar Center offers a lot more jobs and better prices than all the little stores around here combined. But yeah dude as far as sound this bass was only beaten by the American fender, and the music man (for slapping only though) In my opinion. And it had the best feel in the store!
