I favour the black 1mm Nylon (a bit of flex, good grip, cheap and tough), but there are various options on that page that work well. You get a different sound and feel out of the tortex ones - but they can snap.
Using a pick that's too light is usually a mistake - it requires more effort, and gives you a weaker sound. I want a heavy pick made out of a softer material, getting a fat tone without an overpowering plasticy click, most of the time.
