My dad said he doesn't remember signing me up for a random drug test.
i call total bs(on the school) and well yeah i hope the get hemorrhoids.

Can you ask to see a copy? Don't get me wrong, random drug tests are in my contract, but if it ain't in yours, then it's wrong.
Make an appointment (when you're not missing class) to look at your file. If they tell you that only a parent can look at it (different states have different laws), then get your dad to come down there with you. Demand that they show you where your family consented to this. If they can't produce, then I would talk to a lawyer that is interested in tackling these types of cases. It will take a lawsuit and a settlement for them to stop this practice.
And if you can't afford a lawyer, hit up the ACLU. I know they like to help people out in cases like these.
