Got Drug tested today

Never said they worked.
Just that they could.
Yeah, it scares the everliving crap out of some kids... and for others it just makes them more curious.
I was pretty straightedge through highschool... not so much now.
The DEA is one of the biggest wastes of money this country has ever funded. At this point I'm pretty much of the "legalize everything and let the fools kill themselves" train of thought. So many non-violent drug offenders are stuck in prisons costing us even more money. Prohibition didn't work before, I don't know why we're doing it again.
I've got bloodshot eyes and I've been eating a lot of junkfood. But it's not drugs. It's called Seasonal Allergies and PMS.

Can you ask to see a copy? Don't get me wrong, random drug tests are in my contract, but if it ain't in yours, then it's wrong.
Make an appointment (when you're not missing class) to look at your file. If they tell you that only a parent can look at it (different states have different laws), then get your dad to come down there with you. Demand that they show you where your family consented to this. If they can't produce, then I would talk to a lawyer that is interested in tackling these types of cases. It will take a lawsuit and a settlement for them to stop this practice.
And if you can't afford a lawyer, hit up the ACLU. I know they like to help people out in cases like these.
