Wait! the one he has, has 2 knobs and maple the one on the site has 3 knobs and rosewood... fill me in!

My bass was of the first run of the Model T, they no longer offer ash and maple combo in 3 tone. That was just the first year or 2. When they went to EMG's the 3 knob became standard on 4 string. The 5 string allways had 3 knobs. My bass dates to 2000.

beat me to it!

mine was a 3 knob 4 string with Seymour Duncans in it. It had an alder body finished in the vintage yellow with maple neck/rosewood fretboard.

i liked it a lot.
