I was having a hard time finding the GR Bass cab of my dream, I sent them an email and they gave me the right contact. Thanks to their help, I'm now the happy owner of a NF210V.

I said it already in another thread, viva Italia! My Jad Freer head + GR Bass cab are a match in heaven (+ the JF Capo preamp recently). I really think Italy is the most innovative country for bass amplification today (one may add Markbass, Sica, and probably other italian brands…).

The manuals and all the information are easily available on our website.
I have to be honest in saying that I have always liked the paper manual a lot, but even these little things help to safeguard the planet so it is right to do them.

I finally got my new GRBass One1400 today. When I open the box, I was surprised not seeing any paperwork. Do the new Amps come without any paperwork?

I get trying to save the planet but I think most of us print the online manual either for a reference or because we can't remember all the details.
If we really wanted to be responsible in the US, we wouldn't buy something shipped from Italy which has a carbon foot print that is 100,000 times worse than printing a few pages on recycled paper. IMO

Most regulatory agencies (safety and EMC) require certain printed documentation to be shipped with an amp and in specific languages. This is because much of the world still doesn’t have easy or reliable access to the internet, especially broad-band.

This goes along with specific labeling requirements for the product itself, such as FCC part 15B (for the US), safety and EMC marks (different for the different regions), specific labeling for input voltage, current/power, fuse data in a standardized format, manufacturer info, etc.

The labeling on the chassis, Declaration of Compliance and in the owner’s manual will in part determine compliance.

We have been selling in the United States for years and no one has ever reported the need for printed manuals. Talkbass and other forums also serve this, listening to user feedback and improving themselves to make the clients happier. We will find a way to enter all the necessary information with as few printed sheets as possible.

Yes, it was the ONE1400. It had an electric buzz noise that was very noticeable from channel 1, channel 2 was quiet.

Thanks, so this looks like a fault rather than a "feature". Did you like the amp? Its been on my radar for some time. I have 2 x 4 ohm grbass carbon cabs, so this would be a good match. Any other feedback on the amp would be welcome.

You should ask to [email protected], they are very… supportive…
When I was searching for a NF210V in France, they gave me the right contact, and thanks to them, I finally found the cab I was looking for.

Did you work with IMS distib in France to find this cabinet ?

I could find no shop that stocks GR bass in France.

I've contacted IMS but at the time, a few month ago, they only stocked old version (metal grill) of at series.

Yes, exactly

• GR Bass support told me to contact IMS
• IMS told me they had a few AT and NF bass cabs for demo in their show-room, and that I could come to see and try them, but it was far away from Paris
• Before I could plan a visit to IMS, I saw an add on Facebook from Bass Maniac about Natural Fiber cabs, so I called them directly, they said they could order it from IMS for me.
• But I'm pretty sure that if you contact IMS they can give you the list of shops who have GR Bass cabs near you, and even if these shops don't have the exact model you want they can order it from IMS for you (I think you cannot order directly from IMS).
• Even if you only see the old ranges on IMS website, I *know* they do have at least a few of the new series.

I'm starting to think I was really really lucky to find this cab so early. I still haven't seen any NF cab other than mine anywhere.

Good luck to you, if you find a cab you want, grab it quickly while it's still available.

Or be patient, because I'm sure things will be easier in a few months.
