Here is my plan:So here's my concern - just watch this for a few seconds and see just how easy it seems to be to knock over the 212/4 slim. Am I being unnecessarily worried about this issue?
...
1) Get two of those cabs.
2) Build a small base and disguise it as an acoustic pad
3) Get to the gig early, setup the first cab in the base for stability, Velcro the 2nd cab to the first stacked vertically. Then run transparent thin line to the 4 corners of the top cab and tie it in to the ceiling.
4) When the rest of the band gets there tell them to be VERY careful as the stack could fall.
5) Watch the drummer and guitarist set up as far away from me as they possibly can
6) Grin and play the gig with plenty of space to move around
Whatcha think?
