[GR Bass Staff]

I have a question about GR Bass Dual 800 head. In the manual they talk about "operational led" of green light, turning into red, when overloading input. The problem is, is don't see it on my amp. I just don't see any green light functioning as an operational led. Can someone help me? Thanks!

Renewing the advice to download the new manual I can confirm that what you reported was an error in the old manual.
There is not the LED you speak of.
In the new manual everything is explained in detail.

Hello, thanks for your explanation! Beeing very satisfied with the amp - both soundwise and with the versatility, especially with the two independent XLR's, I have one little complaint: both the mute switch and the channel switch buttons make audible pop when engaged. Should I consider this a defect of my amp or is it normal?

Just wondering on my about 2.5 yr old, GR One-350 amp, does it take awhile for the tuner, while on mute, to recognize a bass? My amp takes some time for the tuner to pick up my signal while trying to tune. I raise the Gain knob and volume knob on the amp and the volume knob on my basses so I can try to tune and other times I can't wait for it to function because it won't pick up my signal.

I use a clip on tuner as well so I go to that after trying to use the amps' onboard tuner function. The LED lights all function while I'm playing thru the amp live. I just can't seem to get the tuner lights, while on mute, to let me tune my bass most times.

OTherwise, this is a great powerful 350 watt bass amp that I run thru several different cabs, from a 112 to 212's or 2x15's never any need for more power. THanks for any helpful tips.

I also recommend you to send a detailed email to [email protected] .
In your case, however, the problems could be two, either the tuner’s firmware is to be updated to make it more responsive, or there is some problem setting.

Hello,
The carbon fiber version is even more defined and the sound more open than the wooden version. The differences are however not too obvious, the GR sound always remains that.

That's really interesting. Are those differences due entirely to the different materials, or are there other upgrades incorporated into the carbon fiber version?

Except the material of the structure, carbon fiber in one case and wood in the other, the rest of the components is the same.

Re; the Jensen/Sica speakers. I see on the website NOW, that ALL of the cabinets seem to consistently have the Jensen/Sica speakers. And there isn’t the variation, that there was previously, in the AT212 slim. Have I got that correct?
