Isn't my warranty void at the store if I do so? I purchased it a week ago...
You can safely go to the store if you prefer. You probably just have a small part of the top cleavage. Definitely in the transport. It’s very easy to fix.
It was just the metal plate that was glued a little messy. Went to the store and it was fixed. Thanks for the exceptional quick responses

Like almost all amplifier manufacturers, we had delays in delivering components.
In the coming weeks, however, the new material will arrive at our American distributor.
Any chance for a GR BASS ONE 500 in the future?
In the future we do not rule it out.
For the moment, however, we believe we can give a good coverage with our products from 350, 800 and 1400 watts.
Question for @GR Bass Staff or for the public here! I have a One800 head with two AT Cube 112 cabinets, although I often use only one cabinet at low volumes. I have no complaints, it sounds excellent!
My question is, does the One800 amp normally run very hot? Unless I turn it to Studio mode, the fan almost always turns on after a short time in operation. It feels quite hot to the touch after being in Studio mode for a while. One thing I noticed is the fan takes cool air into the side and blows warm air out the bottom, which I think is backwards from the ideal way to dissipate heat and backwards from how other amps do it. Is this correct and is it normal?
I did get the One800 new a year ago, so it has a 5-year warranty... I'm not worried about failure right now, but in less than four years I will be worried.

It is normal for the fan to work like this.
It is activated when it reaches a certain temperature.
It should not be too hot, but it is normal, given the small size, that it warms up slightly.
Anyway don’t worry, from what you write it seems to be working fine.

I believe the acoustic term is damping.

For those who've used the regular, wooden 2x12, what are your opinions of the cab? Does it work well ar low and high volumes? Is it boomy at all? It's there good separation between staccato notes? Would it work well with a 150 Watt tube amp?
This and the GK Neo IV 212 look like interesting mid-size cabs for use with a tube- or moderate-power solid-state hear and are about the same price.

I forget who it was, but I remember somebody saying something to the effect of "you can have power\performance, cool running temperature, or a small footprint-- pick two."
