It lives! After well over a year and a half, the Fifth Run is up for preorder. Looks like a pair of bars has been added to the sides of the sliders to keep them from being squished.

This was my exact comment when I first got mine 2? Years ago. It’s a great pedal, but not $399 worth of great, more like $299. With the new one at $439, I have to wonder what the new bars are made of.

I understand that I am clueless as to what it takes for TWA to develop, manufacture, and market this device, and it should be noted that I still have and enjoy mine, so my observation is based on comparisons to other devices/prices. Ultimately unfair of me to judge.

Maybe that’s why they have never made many, not enough people willing to cough it up.
