Great jazz basses besides fender?

Out of the price range and hard to find, but when you posted what you were looking for, this came to mind- a jazz bass with a metal edge to it?
A Tokai Talbo...

A Warwick Corvette is also a good choice! Great sound. Like that idea.

Unfortunately I've never played a Warwick, and I see that the radius is bigger than the one I have now. Would that make a huge deal? Going from a 12" to a 20"?
