Greco Ric Copy - Bite or No?

In the eyes of the law selling infringing items is the same no matter when they were made or by whom, or whether one or one thousand were made.

A very real danger also lies in the fact that an accurate copy can easily be made to look like the real thing, which is fraud.

Just look at the vintage Fender market to see some problems that might arise, though a Rick copy is easier to spot than a copycat vintage Fender, and easier to verify, and generally worth a lot less to collectors, but still the principle is the same.

I'd never seen 'S' model copies before, quite rare in their own right.
Real RIC 'S' models are somewhat uncommon.
