That is shocking, but as a marketer of technical products myself, I can understand how the incorrect description of the pickups could have occurred. Most of the time when I create a webpage for a new product, I am working off a technical document that is full of errors and omissions itself. SOP for me is to ask the product technical people/manufacturer to check my content before its published, but checking content for a marketing department will be bottom if their priority list.Isn't it hilarious how little idea marketing departments sometimes have of reality?
