Guess who reared her ugly head this afternoon?

Lol, I have started playing with a classic rock band, which does Long Train Running. And I am working up to sub with a society band that does both Long Train Running and Mustang Sally. But they also do Mercy, Mercy, Mercy, so it isn't all bad.

Long Train Running in two different bands, in two different keys, and probably two slightly different arrangements, if things go like they usually do.

OMG! Not again!

There songs that every cover band (including three I play in) in my area are playing, including two others I happened to catch at local dives:

One I love - REM
Slither - Velvet Revolver
Can't You See - The Marshall Tucker Band

But that they're bad songs, I just don't know the appeal. Maybe I'm too big of a Geddy, Stu Hamm or Jaco fan to appreciate these bass playing marvels.
