I use the Ibanez EDC 700 that has BEAD strings ( Cocco Strings, ofcourse
) on it nowadays. I totally gave up on the 5-string basses and switched to 4-string basses with thicker strings, because of the string spacing ( yes i tried 5-stringers with wider necks, but i didn't like it ).To go with that are 2 Hartke 3500's. One driving a hartke PRO 1800 ( 18" ) for the subs and one driving a harkte 4200 ( 4x10 ) for the mids. Sounds very nice 'n round
