Guilty Pleasure Songs!

Not actually on a setlist but I wish it was...

I'm having troubles substantiating this at the moment but did you know that the same rhythm section that recorded with Nancy on "These Boots" were also the iconic incredible backing rhythm section on the Grammy award winning record, "Green Eggs And Ham" that you grew up with?
None of the links I've come across include the original LP recording with the hep jazz drums and bass backing behind the recitation which sounds like "These Boots".

We all have them - that song on the setlist that we can't wait to play. It's probably not the hardest bassline but it just feels good to play. It might even be a little embarrassing. For me - Unbelievable (EMF). How about you?
Unbelievable (EMF) is on my list of all time favorites. Whenever it comes on the radio I crank it up wayyyyy too loud :bassist:

Aaron Neville's House On The Hill. Our way. Doubling with the guitar player on that breakdown riff, dynamics shifting from sparse to full on boogie and right back down, getting a syncopated thing going with the drummer while the guitar solos that's different every time depending on what we feel like. Like this Red House version, but a lot more dynamic range. Nobody knows it in the places we play, but everybody's groovin' by the time we're done! SO TIGHT! Yet loose as a goose.

Sorry, got carried away just thinking about it.
