Yeah Marco had one.
I played one at NAMM 2017, but they did not have them at NAMM this year (which has been well documented on this thread).
Jesse Keeler from Death From Above 1979 has one, and there was a green one that is supposed to get painted pink or something? We haven't heard about that one for a while. I don't remember if there were any other prototypes, I think that might have been it. As far as production models, no, nobody has ever gotten any. @MarkoYYZ has been pretty upfront about the production issues they have had. I heard from him recently that there should be more information in about 2 weeks.
Hey Meyatch, thanks for doing Marko's job. A simple acknowledgement to those of us who decided to wait this thing out every now and again would be nice. A "hang in there people". How time consuming is it to type 4 words? I do appreciate you filling us in Meyatch. Thank you.

I hate to be negative, but we went through this once before with radio silence. Lord knows I've waited a long time for a bass (my Dingwall NG2 was almost a year), but I had regular updates from the dealer.
yeah, it would be nice to get a regular update, or at least respond to @ mentions. I choose to give him the benefit of the doubt. What's my other options? Get mad about it? That doesn't really help anyone.
Its only been a few weeks since Chinese New Year shutdowns ended, and we were informed there would be no news before then.
I thought I missed the window on the TB special, so I ordered through Facebook. That meant no special color options, which is fine since I would have ordered the Surf Green regardless. ( Matches the color of the best car I ever owned, a 1979 Bonneville). So I have a standard Surf Green in 33.25" scale on order. What about the rest of you? My apologies for the recent negativity.
I ordered mine through Facebook too, in a week it'll be a year since I placed my order. I can't remember what color, scale length or number of pickups anymore. I'm pretty sure it was a bass though (reasonably sure).

Mine is a fb order too. I choose the vintage White. Always been very fond of White instruments. And i thought it looked amazing and that this would bee a blast!
Last contact i had with marco was back in early november, so i choose to be a part of this Nice fellowship. It makes it possible to se that im not alone in this, if thats supose to help

Originally I was down for a long scale blue TB special with 2 pickups.
Honestly not sure if that's what I'm going to end up with. I've been hoping for good sound comparisons between the 1 and 2 pickup models in both available scale lengths to help me decide. The clips of Remco really don't do anything for me. He's got a very specific sound/style and it isn't one that reflects how I'll be using the bass.

Actually just had an email from one of my suppliers at work, and they stated “Due to significant post-Chinese New Years delays, we are implementing a “stop sale” on X products”
And advising sold jobs that their orders will be cancelled, and suggesting alternative products they sell.
So there’s that.
My understanding with Marko is he is heading to China soon to see the completed items so far, and go over some other manufacturing issues or something with the necks.
Plus he has his core business which he needs to attend to.
So I’m thinking we’ll here from him in a couple or 3 weeks after that trip.
I believe he is in China right now meeting with suppliers.
