Check out the GC5, they are an amazing Oi/Street punk band.

anti-flag(talk about cops alot,but atleast they have knowledge)
the unseen
bad religion(80-85 and suffer are the street punk cd's)

i dont listen to much street punk.i mostly listen to just....normal punk i guess.rancid is cool.if you hear tim's background i guess u could call em street punk.he was homeless for a long time and i think lived in the back of salvation army for a few weeks.lets go seems more like "fast punk" but rancid 93 sounds likes street punk to me.

The International Noise Conspiracy has a cool street sound,there not that fast or hardcore,but you should defintely take a listen to them.Sick of it All is ok.

i think Rancid and The Clash sound alot different.I've heard alot of songs from both of the bands,old and new.I've got to say that they both sound different.Rancid sounds more punk,and alot more angry.The Clash sounds more happy and a completely different sound.The only cd that even came close to sounding like The Clash was ...And out come the wolves.
