It's also the biggest instrument.
6 Keyboards, One of which is played with the feet, 2 Huge pannels full of effects and 5 pedals.

No matter how patient, focused, willing, or versed in musical theory one is -- some people just can't do it.
I've heard that the learning curve for it is pretty steep.

I dated a brilliant lady.. she was a concert Oboe... full ride tuition right through her Phd because of it..

Drums are difficult for me because it's difficult for me to coordinate both my hands and feet together. Without the kick drum aspect it wouldn't be as hard.
