I picked one up from GC today on a whim and am very happy. Great sounding chorus. I'm not going to say too many nice things about it because I'm going to sell my Ibanez CS-9 and H20. ;-)

Hardwire[Digitech] CR-7 Chorus review

Is there a chorus pedal that could come close? Maybe the EBS one? I like his tone, it's like water

The only other pedal that really does it is a Whammy or Eventide Pitchfactor. they both have detune features. If you want a really lush chorus, I'd suggest trying out the CR-7 at a local GC.
That can't happen cause there are no music shops near where I live
. Any music equipment I buy is from the net without trying it out 
. Maybe at some point I'll buy a Pitchfactor. The price is the main thing that keeps me from buying one. Also the fact that I don't think I'll use it for anything else than home noodling, cause I'm just a teenage bedroom player and effects noob

I own this pedal. Bought it in March 2009. I'm glue to this Chorus. By far, one of the best out there.

I owned the CR-7 for a while - I really enjoyed it, as well as the delay - regret selling both TBH, but my CE5 and Space Echo do what i need and a bit more
