Harmony H22 Vintage Bass (Harmony H-22)

So I got this bass a while back, there is some info on the web, but not too many videos of the bass in action. I thought I would start this thread because I am in love with this bass, and I know some people out there have a warm spot in there hearts for it. I figured I would share some videos of me using it at some gigs recently. One is in a huge concert hall, through the DI. And the other is in a small club in Santa Cruz. The bass is a 1969 Harmony H-22. A real beauty. Enjoy.

Cool band and a killer sound! Didn't know they made a double cutaway H-22 at one point, though. All I've ever seen are the single cutaways. Love a good hollowbody. That one sounds like a keeper.

Thanks man. Yeah, I guess the double cutaways started after a certain year in the 60's. I really like the look of it. Thanks for the kind words about the band.

Bobby Wooten is using an H-22 on tour with David Byrne along with a Fender P-bass. Given the demanding choreography of the Byrne show, I totally understand going with the H-22 for half the show. Both basses sounded great to me and the show was fantastic.
