Hartke Quad Cab LH1000

Im looking to get a new amp and Harke has come in a a reasonable balance between sound and price.
I was looking at the LH1000 head which has 4 outputs and one bridged output. the 4 outputs are all labeled 4 ohms and the website says each side is rated at 2 ohms. Does this mean I can hook up 4 cabs to this amp at 8 ohms a cab no problem. Or if my math is correct can I hook up 8 cabs at 8 ohms, 4 on each side creating an impedance of 2 ohms on each side.



P.S. before this turns into a WHY THE HECK DO YOU NEED 8 CABS thread, I am not looking to get 8 cabs. I am just looking to be as educated as possible on this piece of equipment before I buy it.

essentially correct; to squeeze all 1000 watts out of the head you'd plug a 2Ω load into each side, or (more realistically) set the amp to bridge mode and plug in one 4Ω load.
