OP, I hope you get your amp or a replacement back soon.
Just as a recommendation I think you should ditch your 1/4” speaker cables and go exclusively with SpeakOns. They are very much better than Phone plugs for speaker cables. As amplifier power goes up the connectors go past their safe operating conditions. 2-300W is all they’ll safely take. I did this quite a few years ago, even for my PA and Monitor cabinets.
Cool. Best of luck and enjoy. The music store said they are sending out another new amp

Sorry for your experience OP! i am curious as to why you decided to move on from the LH 500 to this amp? Features, power....?

I agree. But, in my case I have the Hartke LH500, which I love & it only has 1/4" jacks. Wish every amp gave you the 1/4" & SpeakOn option
Less than half of what my amp weights!!!! LOLI love the LH500 but it weighs 42 lbs, the TX600 weighs 7 lbs. That's the only reason.
Thats supposed to be a 600watt amp and you need the master up that high to be heard?
I was thinking of a adding speakon to the amp but there was no room.
