They probably sell the most amps / cabs in the world (and for good rea$on ; ) & surely there'll be a bit more horror stories because of that as opposed to more expensive / exclusive brands... Most TB-ers that had ANY trouble were helped out by Larry himself (look through the board & you'll find some posts) so that goes to show their customer service is taken VERY seriously. But I can safely say my HA5500 has gone through hell & back, and still works as perfect as on the day I got it!

these were awesome combo amps IMO. They stopped making them, don't really know why. They had the Classic 3500 head with a 15" aluminum driver with a 5" aluminum driver. They were a little bulky, but with a good set of wheels, they were awesome!
