The lawyer lingo escapes me pretty good, me being a non native speaker it's no small surprise, but two things left me wondering.
Perhaps You more experienced could shed some light on it:
"It's a further object/aim of the invention..."
Obligatory or not?
Do all the aspects of the claim have to be met, or just any of them?
Doesn't change the individuals right to make one, obviously, but just for curiositys sake if for nothing else.

look up the original patents. And learn how to interpret them, or find someone who does know.
