My dentist gave me codeine after pulling out my wisdom teeth. He miscalculated my weight and gave me about one and a half time the dosage he should have.
I experienced some sort of time warp during my physics exam the first day.
Ive taken painkillers for 'fun' but it just seemed lame to me, I know lots of people that love to take it so 'they dont feel anything'. I know lots of people who love any pharms, and frankly I think they are rather pathetic, especially when I see how nasty they are when not on something. I have had problems with ritalin, but I finally became aware that it was more an addiction than something to help me so stopped
i dont particularly "abuse" my meds but i take some pretty hardcore pharms for a legitimate medical condition
some of them are utterly horrible and i wish i didnt have to take, but there are others which have very pleasant "side effects" and ill admit to anjoying those rather a lot sometimes
even one in particular that should have zero recreational value, but for me at least does
No, but after one of my cancer surgeries I took 250mg oxycodone for the pain (I had a lot of it), and now I understand how people get hooked on that crap. Coming off of it, I felt terrible for two or three days. I will never take that stuff again.
