I had a buddy that got a torsion. He was a roofer, and it happened in some kinda fall. Went to the ER and the doctor, um, I guess unscrewed it. After that everything was fine.

Apparently it doesn't take much to get the boys twisted up like that.

He went to the doctor the next day - I don't think there was anything the doctor could do.. probably just told him to stay off of it for a few days.

He was hurtin' for a week.

I guess it was covered by workman's comp. I suppose now every employer he ever has will get to read about it. I wonder what kind of work restriction you can end up with for that?
