Haz Clone Install

Looking at a Pre LX euro4 guy says it has a haz copy installed. Bass also has Non stock Gold Knobs...
I read somewhere that the Haz clone has different size pots so you need to modify the bass holes to fit
the oversize Pots.
Is that correct ???
Are those haz copies any good ? How come they are not available anymore ......?

Need to know fast..
Only thing keeping me from buying the bass...
