Headless Club???

Well I did a Steinberger Synapse search on here and read a few threads of troubleshoots and slowly I'm starting to feel dismayed by this predicament I am currently having. I definitely do feel sentimental but the consequences for that will be 100% frustration and labor of handling those beautifully designed basses with half assed setups :)

I do like my pair of fivers, I treat the trussrods like I would on a Ric. I say go for it.

Five string, maple neck-through with walnut wings, black ebony fretboard with no inlays, gloss finish, passive/active.

Anyone know of a US distributor for these? Ready-made or near-ready alternative (i.e. parts that could be ordered and put together to get a similar effect)?

This would make changing single ball strings so easy...
