@JimmyM's post (and some of the comments) about NEVER venting on TB about band problems got me thinking. I am trained at work (constantly, it seems) to perform the "HEADLINE TEST" every time I write an email or otherwise communicate with other co-workers/customers. The "HEADLINE TEST" is basically this - If you don't think what you are about to say would be appropriate in a newspaper headline - DON'T SAY IT.
