I'm Nathan and I'm 14. I've been playing bass since December of last year. I originally played guitar but I've come to like playing bass more than I do playing guitar. The bass I currently play is a SX BG2K in Lake Placid Blue, I bought it before SX changed headstocks to it has the older headstock.

Nice looking bass. I see a pick there. I started on guitar as well and used a pick for years. Only recently have been working on finger style.

Welcome aboard! I happen to be a big fan of SX basses. Solid, inexpensive, and built like a tank.
I just wish they didn't change the headstock. The headstocks on the newer models are terrible looking.
