Hello! (New Member-help- ehx dmm, etc...)

There's voltage, and then there's amperage- they have a direct reciprocal relationship. You can divide one 9V output into two parallel 9V outputs with no loss of voltage, but there would be half as much amperage available at each leg of the Y. How well it works depends on the amperage draw of each pedal connected to it.

One semi-lame answer for how to power both a 24V and a 12V pedal with the PPII+ is to use a Y to conjoin one of the 9V outputs in series with one of the "sag" 4.5V outputs. Yes, that's 13.5V, but it would probably be fine.
 
It has 4 9VDC outputs with 12VDC modes. All you do is flick a switch to change it from 9VDC to 12VDC. You'll be doing that on three of the outputs (the fourth can stay 9VDC, for your other pedals).

Out of the remaining 4 outputs, 2 of them have "voltage sag" features (variable from 4.5VDC to 9VDC, and adjusted by little knobs). I forget what the other two have as an alternate mode. :hmm:

In normal mode, all 8 are 9VDC.

In short... don't worry. I thought your entire power situation through, HeartsndSpades. ;)

Regarding sound... no issues. Just put your low-draw pedals (your Bassdrive and one of your fuzz pedals) on the Y-split output, and current will not be an issue. After all, most distortion pedals use well under 20mA.
