Hello

Well my name is Isaac C. and I am brand new to this forum...acutally to playing Bass. I've been playing for a year and some but i want to keep learning. My frist stringed instrument was an old, dusty mexican guitar that my dad bought for the house some 20 years ago. One day I decided to pick it up and learn how to play. After that I searched the web to teach myself how to play. A year passd by and all I got down were the basic Chords. I go to church regularly and the Guitarist there heard that I could play so he decided to teach me a little more. After a while I was playing on the Church Band. Then he decided that I would enjoy the the Bass position more...and I LOVED IT. It was the best position ever. I played on a broken down, but still playable, Squier 6 stringed bass. Unfortunatly, I moved and havent been able to learn anymore. So I took it upon myself to search for help:help:. I'm the owner of a Rogue LX406 6 stringed bass, yea i know too much for me, and I want advice, tips, or anything that would help me get better. I LOVE THE BASS...but I want to get better...I have another offer at another chuch but frist I want to Improve my Bass skills...so i can shread like this smiley:bassist: LOL
