Help / Advice / Suggestions on my live rig

Hey all. I play out every weekend in a popular wedding band, but I have a problem. I replaced some gear a while ago, to get more bang for the buck. But I'm really sick of my crappy tone. No matter what I seem to do, I can't get a decent sound. I'm looking for suggestions on levels people might use, if they've come across my rig anywhere else, or if you're super smart and know what you're doing, please give me some suggestions!

Heres my rig:

Ampeg 410HLF - Tweeter off (It's very buzzy with it on)
Hartke LH1000 head - (I can't seem to drive too much high out of this, because it gets too buzzy. I love Hartke, but with every one of their heads I've ever owned, the highs were always too hot!)
Sansamp Tech21 Bass Driver
Bass Big Muff Pi (not a part of the problem. This sounds great)
Boss TU-2 Tuner (Also, not a part of the problem.)

Fender 1962 Jazz Bass AM Reissue - Stock
Fender 1996 Mexican Standard P Bass with Basslines

Suggest away! I'm looking for punch, pop, clarity, and smoothness. I'm not achieving any of this, and I'm frustrated!
