ok this is urgent whats the quickest way to get ride of a cold sore?

i need to et it gone in less then a week...

ah i guess so, it came in last night

i think that its a cold sore/fever blister but im not taking any chances, i need it gone

Just cleared one of those up myself. Nothing I did helped it out - took about 2 weeks to fully disappear.

There's Denavir, Abreva and a few other topical ointments that claim to speed the healing process but all they've ever done for me is dry out my lip.

Orajel helps stop the pain, does nothing for the sore however.
