Herpes Simplex type 1 (a cold sore/fever blister) is strictly oral 99% of the time but can be transmitted to the genitals. It is highly contagious and, just like genital herpes (type 2), affects the victim for a lifetime if contracted.

So don't go sharing drinks or food with people or kissing anyone ;)

Nah, once we're all infested it won't matter anymore, if we all got 'em, who cares. I say kiss at will. Kiss strangers. Lick doorknobs. Take sips of their drinks when they're not looking. The world will thank you latter when the anti-herpes type 1 drug cartel has been brought to it's knees...or controls the world. I forget which.

Lol. Reminds of about a week ago when I had this thing and offered some pretzels to a coworker. He just looked at me weird. Someone came up with another bag and he took some of hers. I then later realized I did have a pretty scary looking fever blister on my lips. But at the time I was like "what an ass"

well yes the reason i want to get rid of it is because of a girl, i get to see her once a year and i was going to take a chance, but now since this came up its at 0% chance, but im not quite sure if it is a cold sore it doesn't actually look like one but then again, im now going to take any chances...and i have no camera on me at the moment so no pics :)

we already had sr. pics!

and yes we get my name is earl up here...let the jokes rain down:p
