I'm in the market for a good value in a P body for a build. I'm not concerned with brand name at all, but do want a body that is of decent quality with a Fender sized neck pocket.

Below are pics of one that has been on craigslist for a while. At fifty bucks, I think it's overpriced and don't want to make the 45 minute drive to check it out until I know what it might be worth.

The hole in the center of the neck pocket could mean a Peavey with Micro-Tilt.

Anyone have a guess as to what it is? Or, what might be a fair price?

That has negative value, IMHO. If it was clearly something that would be amazing if restored, then maybe worth the work, but even cleaned up it'll be a problem body with crooked pot holes in the cavity and random screw holes in the back.
