Hey alaska..i'm still using her..it's a great rig..been using it pretty solid since i bought it late 80's from memory. I push a '91 Peavey DynaBass 5 through it the last 26 years since ive had that guitar...the cab really pushes some air...i catch cold from the ankles up lolll
Looks like mine before I removed all the Peavey trim.
mine has that vintage (80's) port at the back of the speaker chamber into a flaring scoop thingy. Sounds great loaded with an Eminence 300 watt 15.
BTW, it's an extremely easy to work on cab. Took mine apart completely the night I brought it home and discovered it was not a bass Black Widow, but a fairly rare (and highly sought after by steel guitarists) mid-bass woofer. It's blown so had to replace it. Any steel guitarists out there needing a vintage 80's woofer?

yup free is good! lol and that's about what its worthI haven't heard that the original driver was sought after at all. We tossed a ton of that stuff about 10 years ago, couldn't even give it away. That's why you got yours for the "right price" I suspect
