I have an Ampeg PR-15H, and I'm in need of the specific replacement woofer to match my second PR-15H. Can anyone tell me the specific model number, and / or direct me to the specific place where one can be purchased? Thanks.

The obvious would be to contact Yamaha/Ampeg and ask them.

Yeah, right... I thought I could cut to the chase, avoid the runaround, and make contact with a gearhead speaker guy who had the make and model number handy, on the best bass site in the world. I can wait rather than fight phone prompts and BS.

Gearhead speaker guys will tell you that Ampeg drivers are proprietary OEM that you can only get from Ampeg. You might find something similar if you had the Thiele/Small specs, but neither Ampeg nor their suppliers, primarily Eminence, will reveal them.

You might find less BS by getting that information from Ampeg.

Is that a model number for the driver?

If you know the OEM manufacturer you might be able to get specs from them, or recommendations on Potential replacement driver. Also, you can try shooting emails to people instead of phone calls.

Since at least the SLM days it's been almost exclusively Eminence, though I do remember a special edition 810 they did that had Eden speakers.

Well, if you want the "gearhead input", mine would be to ditch the old cab and get new gear.

I use them in my 2-channel bi-amped audio rig with a Crown CE-1000 for Klipschorns, and a Crown CE-2000 for subs. Overkill, yes, headroom out the ass, of course. New gear? Send money and a truck, genius.
