Help me decide!

Ok, I’m definitely gonna buy one of these two pedals but I’m having a bit of a time trying to decide which.

1) Crowther Prunes & Custard. I don’t need this but I’ve wanted to try it for literally years. I’ve got fuzzes and ODs for days but by all accounts, this guy does its own thing and that thing is worth playing around with.

2) Xotic XW-1 wah. I could actually use this, probably. I’ve got a Chancellor wah that I’m about to move along and I use wah a bunch on the electric guitar. Hopefully it’ll play well with my basses as well.

The P&C is actually a little cheaper than the wah but the wah comes with free shipping so in the end, it probably all comes out around the same amount, +/-$10-15 so it’s basically a wash.

Two very different pedals at about the same price… Which would you buy and why?

Well I went with the P&C.

Can't speak to the Xotic wah, but I do have a Prunes & Custard. Judging by your TB handle, you're going to like it just fine, brother in funk.

Imo, it's just as good, tho a little different, than the 3Leaf Doom V1. (Never played the Doom 2.) The envelope tones and how well tuned it is for bass makes it an A+ fuzz to my ears. Especially for funk or heavy groove based music.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
