Help me find my bass!

so i think i may have figured out what i want to look for in a bass to make it my ULTIMATE bass.

Heres a list of what exactly i want as my bass:

.Hot pickups with plenty of output
.Playabilty of a jazz bass
.Alnico/ceramic or single coil pickups (series/parallel switch is preferred but not essential)
.Ideally a P/J configuration but again thats preferred not essential
.Able to handle half step and drop C# tuning

Theres a few basses that come to mind that have some of these characteristics like a fender aerodyne bass but im looking for something a little bit different from the "usual" basses.

Anyone know of any basses that have some maybe all of the above list?

Thanks!

P.S sorry if the title misleads you to a missing bass post!

G&L's ASAT or L series have a series/parallel switch & a switch for Active or Passive, but they use humbuckers.

Didn't say whether you are looking new or second hand.
The Boner Bass (Early 90s Precision Plus) comes to mind. Not expensive for what they are. Just a bit different in the body shape.

.Hot pickups with plenty of output- The Lace Sensor have plenty of output
.Playabilty of a jazz bass- assume you mean- thin neck- this is precision width but shallow
.Alnico/ceramic or single coil pickups (series/parallel switch is preferred but not essential)- series/ parallel with 3 way pickup selector
.Ideally a P/J configuration but again thats preferred not essential- PJ
.Able to handle half step and drop C# tuning- yes

Schaller hardware standard. 22 fret.

Here's a pic from the net of a nice one. I have a natural one but it's not as pretty as this one.

You just described my Yamaha BB1025X!
But Yamaha also have a BB424/425/1024 etc, etc, that perfectly fit your conditions...
