Double Bass Help me identify please

I've had this upright for a few years. I know its local history for about the last 20 yrs but nothing before that. I think at some point someone told me they thought it was a Wilfer? The small badge looking thing on the back appears to be some kind of crest or Coat of Arms. I was told when I bought it that it was a German plywood bass. That's all I know.
It will be for sale so I'm trying to be accurate in my description. Also have to figure out what it should sell for. Thanks!

Any chance there's a label inside the bass? It would be visible when peeking through one the f-holes. This may help in identifying the maker.

I've never seen a blume like that one but fake flame on the neck was a Hofner thing.

No idea, but I'd say you're asking a very fair price for it. If I didn't already have three basses I'd probably be asking to check it out

I had one that looked exactly like yours, crest and all. Mine was labelled Salvadore de Durro. This is, of course, just a label for sales purposes. Still, it might help track down more info...
