I'm just guessing but the typical 4 knob arrangement would be two volumes (front two) and two tones (back two). Or maybe since it's active it would be master volume, pickup blend, hi eq and low eq. Experiment and find out and tell us what they do? :)

Iol i m find the volume and the eq bu the other two i cant understand what they do , may be they are not working ... i could not understand if they are for pickups or ...for something else

I’ve never owned or played a Cort, but have played many with a preamp. Do any of your knobs have a detent? A detent is when a knob has a slight “click” feel at center. When you turn form all the way on to all the way off, you should feel a little bump from the click as you go past it.
If you have that it is usually the blend knob. It will change pickups for you. At the center click you get both. The other two possibilities for a detent knob is bass and treble on a 4 knob configuration. If you put your amp to flat, you should see some effect to your tone. Not sure how a Cort preamp works precisely. Usually a dead battery is going to make no sound possible from the bass until you replace it with a new one, but you might check that.
