Help with Bartolini preamp and dual push-pull active/passive

I have a double-buck (Indonesian) Warwick that I modded with this:

Since I broke the Blend pot, I am planning to replace the Blend with a separate Volume for each pickup. I decided to use a second push/pull volume pot and use it for active/passive.

My question: will the following wiring work?

P.S. The green wires are only connected to the one output jack lug (at 1:00). Bad MSPaint skills...

And yeah, the pickups are in the wrong order (even worse MSPaint skills) :(

You only need one switch for active passive, not one per pickup. The two volume controls will be connected together in parallel (see drawing). Also, you would probably prefer linear taper volume pots as they allow more precise adjustment when mixing two pickups. Log taper pots are very abrupt so a small adjustment to one of the volumes makes a big change in sound.
