Hello all,
I was wondering where i could possibly get a clip(the ting that hold it on) for the fishman bp 100.
My teacher lent his to me a couple of months back for the competition I was in and when i checked the case after the clip went missing.
I really felt guilty about this and wanted to get him another one. Help would greatly be appreciated.

P.s. I have no time for those of you who choose to be sarcastic or try to lecture me.

Thanks,

Lemur Music sells them.
But a binder clip like this will work too:

I have tried the paper clips but IMO they seem to rattle at times. Several years ago I put mine on with hot melt glue. As I recall it was a method recommended by Fishman. I have taken mine off and relocated them by simply heating them with the tip of the glue gun.

The paper clips won't work well---not enough pressure. Fishman is also wrong about the hot melt. To work optimally the BP100 needs pretty high pressure. Another critical thing is that the bridge surface that it's up against has to be PERFECTLY flat. I haven't used a BP100 in years, but I just might have some old clips around. I'll check. You can have them for free if you pay shipping. Trust me---I've obsessed about the mounting of the BP100----used it for years. Also, the distance from the top of the pickup to the top of the bridge is a bit of a tone control. I'll let you know.
