Fracking is a way of extracting natural gas which is trapped inside certain types of rock by drilling and then injection of water at high pressure to fracture the rock and release the gas - controversial subject in certain areas of Ireland at the moment :)
("Fracking" I think comes from fracture + cracking)

Those political questions are so completely polar that they're ridiculous. Either you rally and burn crosses in people's yards or you rally and chain yourself to trees to stop bulldozers. No room for non-extremes. :rolleyes:
