HH Electronics Bass Machine

Im guessing its fanless, on account there is no vent openings or fan noise coming from it. I havent opened it up at all because everything works on it, Im not tech savy and dont want to mess something up, so no pics of the inside sorry. And yes it does weigh nearly 50lbs, my head feels about the same, if not a little heavier, than my cab.

Brilliant head, used to use one that was abandoned in a rehearsal room in N. Wales until a few years back - stunning compressor !!! Increasingly rare but once a pretty common sight with most British pub bands.

BTW HH did the modular guitar amp thing years before MarkBass did the MoMark.

So after playing with my HH ELectronics Bass Machine a couple months, playing a couple shows and recording with it, I am very happy with its performace so far, especially when paired with my new to me sunn 2x15. I do have plans to take it to a guy to have it refurbished, so it can only get better. And! I ordered the footswitch today, should be here in a week or so.

Yeah, I got the 150 watt head.
Got it way back when mosfet first came out.
No cure for a valve amp but good on the road.
Mine went into storage for a long time and may have got a little damp. Sure I got a shock off it today. If I don't post again it may be serious

The Bass Machine I got last year and the franken-Peavey cab finally got put through their paces last night. The on board phaser is phenomenal. I pretty much ignored the SVT stack sitting neck to me.

Very very late to this party but I had a Bass Machine I used to play through 2x15 Black Widow equipped Peavey cab. I sold the lot in the late 80's for much less than it was worth as we needed the space in a tiny house for the imminent pitter patter of tiny feet. I loved the phaser and compressor and it was a tough old beast as well survived more than once being dropped from my cab from wheeling it on uneven concrete, the corner protection doing exactly what it was designed for.
Still wish I had the old rig, lovely sound through the 2x15's, haven't had another amp like it since. :crying:
