Hi fellow bassists!

Hm. Hi Ric. What makes you think you're a "fellow" with the bassists on here? Maybe most of us kick your a**?
Maybe we think you're a complete DOPE?

Or, maybe I'm just totally kidding, goofing around, and saying "HI, Ric.....my name's Thunder, and I'm a bassist".....

CHEERS is what I really mean. I was just helping you get over your first few "a**h**e" replies....now that it's over, you can just go HOG WILD, dude! lol
Besides......you could just as easily be able to kick MY a**, heee hee.
Whaddya play? And thru what? (those seem like fairly usual opening questions)

;)

Thanks for the warm welcome!

I'd rather play my axe than worry about who's gonna kick mine!

Currently, I've got these basses:

Warwick Thumb 6
G&L Tribute L2500 5 String
Rickenbacker 4003 w/Sey Dunc HB Replacement Pickups
Hohner B2A V 5 string Steinberger copy

As far as amplification, I use:

ADA MB-1 Bass Preamps
Boss VF-1 FX unit
Shure PGX Guitar/Bass Wireless
Bergantino IP112 & EX112 cabinets

I play in a few groups ranging from a Disco Show band to an original prog rock band.
