There's an always-on (no by-pass switch) unit available. I have that one on the way.
I haven't read about any direct comparisons of fdeck and Broughton.
I also haven't read about any complaints about Broughton.
Yeah, I looked at all those things. I think if I buy a replacement for my FDeck, I would get the L+HPF, just to have the extra options for minimal extra room on my board.
The HPF by itself doesn't really give me any extra functionality. Only different packaging - which I don't foresee spending money to get, just yet.
Well, I guess this quote sums up my question.
I was asking if a LPF can do much to help me get more of an upright sound out of my electric.
