Haha. That was pretty funny. The highest I've ever heard King Diamond get (if you want to call it "singing") is that one scream on "Corpse Without a Soul" off the Mercyful Fate s/t EP.

I'd think that in terms of not cheating with an out and out noticeable falsetto (by that I mean, King Diamond sounds like a baritone with his normal voice or, on his best days, a second tenor, as opposed to, say, Bruce Dickinson), the highest I've ever heard is Midnight (John Patrick MacDonald), formerly of Crimson Glory. I think it's either on "Red Sharks" or "Masque of the Red Death" where he gets uncomfortably high.

Mariah Carey is probably the highest I've ever heard.
